For every Church loan that we close that is referred to us, we will pay 1/2 point to the Church or person that referred us; up to $10,000 per closed Church loan referral. And for every Church loan that Church refers to us you earn an additional 1/8 point when that Church loan closes. Anyone can participate; you do not need to close a Church loan with us to earn referral fees. Get out your rolodex and check in with your friends and see who is looking for a Church loan and fill out the form.
