PREPARING CHURCH FINANCIALS
We make the process of obtaining a Church loan with us as easy as possible. With that said, we do of course need documentation to show the Church's financial situation. Generally we can use internally prepared financial statements. In cases where a Church is looking for a large loan or we can not understand the Church's financials we will put the Church in touch with an accountant that we have worked with in the past. The Church is always welcome to use an accountant of their choosing. We do not guarantee the work of anyone we refer and do not stand to benefit from their work; we offer their names only as a convenience to the Church. It is the Church's responsibility to determine the competency of the preparer and negotiate a fair price.
